About me

My Photo
Karma
I'm Karma. I love Koreans and Japanese. I love sweet and cute stuffs, especially chocolate. I love spaghetti as much as I like cute guys (uljjangs). Opposite with onions and ginger and spices. I write about almost anything random under the sun. I am a pathetic, unpaid and unpublished writer. Writing is hard. Anyways, feel free to surf to random stuffs I write about in this almost boring blog I made myself.

Just Because

I've been an avid fan of the KOREAN WAVE. And also JAPAN. I'm here to write about stuffs like that, and stuffs like this. Random stuffs which run in my head at random moments, even when my profs are speaking. Or even when I'm inside the CR. Just saying... Anyway, feel free to roam around my equally random mind. ;)

A Dose of Korean Pop

Girls' Generation ~ From Cute to Hot
(Artist of the Year)

With nine members, Korea's SNSD (SoShi) rocked Asia with their hot song and dance numbers. Who wouldn't know SEOUL song? They were certainly cute! I've never been a fan of Girls' Generation until their new album, THE BOYS. The intro was a bit long, consuming more than a minute, with all the beat and stuff, but I give two thumbs up to Teddy Riley. The song was just H-O-T! I kinda wanted to be like them for a moment there. Just look at the moves. Killer. :D Again. Girls' Generation, TWO THUMBS UP!

JYJ ~ Still Scorching Hot
 (Number One For Me!)

After the hiatus of DBSK, resulting to its disbandment, JYJ was born. With the three original members, Jaejung, Junsu and Yoochun, JYJ stepped to the global stage. With their album, The Beginning, released in October 2010, JYJ became known internationally as a three-member boy band. I was shocked, when I saw Hero singing with Kanye West there. Just wanted you to know that, I still like it better if they would still be together with TVXQ's duo, Changmin and Yunho. :) MIROTIC!

TVXQ ~ Duo Fever!
(Still Number One)

Still alive after the hiatus, TVXQ became a duo. Changmin and Yunho are still flying greatly in the music industry, not affected, at least, by their disbandment. I really llove Changmin 'cause he looks like a baby. :D Who doesn't agree? :) Of course, I also like Yunho. He looks like someone I know. Anyway, goodluck to TVXQ's music career! :)

Super Junior ~ Good and Better
(Album of the Year ~ Mr. Simple)

Okay, no one will be against me when I say, "SuJu is/has been better!". After Super Junior's debut in 2005 with twelve members, and Kyuhyun added on 2006, they had made a way for Korean groups to global stardom. With their "Sorry, Sorry", Super Junior, with sooo~ many subgroups, paved the way for other Korean artists to be known internationally. As of now, with only nine members, Super Junior's Mr. Simple is just plain cool. :D With many projects in line, commercials and TV guestings, Super Junior is undoubtedly superb!
